As one of the leading providers of aged care services in the Hunter, Central Coast and Manning regions, Anglican Care is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of new Home Care and Residential Aged Care places from the 2015 Aged Care Approvals Round (ACAR).
“Receiving these places is quite significant as the ACAR application process is very competitive” said Anglican Care’s Marketing Manager, Kylie Jacques.
“This means that we will be able to grow our services and effectively increase the number of seniors within the community that we are able to assist,” said Mrs Jacques.
Specifically in the Hunter Region the residential places will form part of the redevelopment of Anglican Care’s CA Brown Village at Booragul which is due to commence later this year. The residential places received in Gloucester will enable Anglican Care to build a residential aged care home to a size that will ensure its ongoing viability and be better able to serve the Gloucester community. These residential places will be in addition to the existing 60 places that are being transferred to Anglican Care from the Hunter New England Local Health District. The additional home care packages received in the Manning and Central Coast regions are an exciting addition to Anglican Care’s existing services enabling increased support to a greater number of seniors wishing to remain living independently in the community.
Anglican Care is one of the largest and most innovative providers of community and aged care, services providing excellent care and enhanced lifestyles to seniors throughout the Hunter, Central Coast and Manning Regions of NSW.
